This Friday November 2nd from 5 PM – 11 PM if you are a Fan of Portland’s GR8 Food Carts you will want to make your way to the Produce Row district, 304 SE 2nd Ave for the Grand Opening of The Row. The Row is Portland’s Newest Food Cart Pod. It’s a Super Pod!
The Row is the 3rd Food Cart Pod to open here in Portland in the past 2 months. Where
The Row Food Cart Pod is located just off the corner of 2nd and Oak at 304 SE 2nd Ave and just around the corner from Produce Row Cafe which is located at 204 SE Oak www.producerowcafe.com.
The Row Food Cart Pod is located in the district that is being referred to as Produce Row. This district is bordered by Interstate 84 to the north, Powell Boulevard to the South, the Willamette River to the West and and Southeast 12th Avenue to the East. The Grand Opening Party Details
The Grand Opening Party will run from 5 PM – 11 PM and will have music featuring local Portland musicians as well beer provided by Hopworks Urban Brewery www.hopworksbeer.com.

The Row Food Cart Pod AKA The Super Pod!
The Row is also being referred to as the Super Pod, especially on Twitter. The reason for this is the amazing lineup of Food Carts that are going to be at this Food Cart Pod. Kind of like when the Guardians of the Galaxy appeared in the Avengers. It was a line up of heroes so epic you just had to get the issue.

What is amusing to me is that on Twitter the hashtag #SuperPod applies to this new Food Cart Pod here in Portland and to a very large pod of Dolphins or Whales. It cracks me up to think about people searching Twitter for info on large pods of dolphins who run into tweets about Big Ass Sandwiches.
