The Cheese Plate PDX Food Cart Featured in the March 2013 Food Network Magazine’s Cheese Issue!

I am delighted to share that The Cheese Plate PDX Food Cart in featured in the March 2013 issue of the Food Network magazine!

About This Great Portland Food Cart

As you can imagine the Cheese Plate PDX Food Cart focuses on cheese. They have a wonderful menu that is updated seasonally. To see the current menu go to – www.thecheeseplatepdx.com/what-we-do/menu

Everything I have had at this Food Cart has been delightful. I am especially fond of their Cheese Plates (usually three amazing cheeses, seasonal condiments, and cart-made crackers), the Melon with Cardamon Sea Salt– a Summer and Fall menu item, and the Cheddar Ale Soup – a Fall, Winter and Early Spring menu item. The Cart-made Buttery Sage Croutons that come on the Cheddar Ale Soup are a revelation.

The Cheese Issue of the Food Network Magazine has an article outlining the top spots that you can visit as you take a cheesy road trip.

The Cheese Plate PDX Food Cart is listed in the “West” section on page 180. They are the only Oregon business (Food Cart or otherwise) featured in the Cheese Issue. Quite a distinction!
